Terms of Service

You may use CleverTask only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these Terms. You are responsible for the information you provide, the security of your account, and activity that occurs under your account.

You own the lists, tasks, templates, and other content you create in CleverTask. You give CleverTask the limited rights needed to host, store, process, display, sync, share at your direction, back up, and operate the service.

• Do not use CleverTask for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or features you are not authorized to use.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or compromise CleverTask or its providers.
• Do not upload malicious code or content that violates the rights, privacy, or safety of others.

CleverTask may let you share lists, templates, or workspace content with other users or organizations. You are responsible for choosing what to share and with whom. People you invite may be able to view, edit, copy, or act on shared content depending on the permissions available in the service.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as CleverTask evolves. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available.

CleverTask may offer paid features in the future. If paid features are introduced, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund details may be provided in additional terms at checkout or within the app.

You may stop using CleverTask at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, or used the service in a way that could harm CleverTask, users, or others.

CleverTask is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every need. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleverTask will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms as CleverTask changes. When we make changes, we will update the effective date and post the revised Terms here.
